What kind of help do online students actually need?
Online courses can leave students with questions when lessons, instructions, or deadlines are not clear. While working through a difficult course, I searched for online class help and thought about the types of support that could make studying easier. I found that simple explanations and useful examples helped me understand difficult topics without feeling overwhelmed. Having somewhere to ask questions can also make online learning less isolating.
