Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service and may not be transferred if canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of booking.
After-Hours & Same-Day Appointments

ANY appointments booked after 6PM, Weekends, or Holidays will require a $100 service minimum plus the required after hour fee. NO EXCEPTIONS

Appointments booked under 24 hours will require approval by Beauty And The Tea.

This applies to all services including soak-offs, nail repairs, or any service booked outside of normal business hours. No exceptions.
Arrival & Location

Because this is a private studio, you will receive an email the day before your appointment with location instructions. However, location zip is 32835 for an estimated distance.

Clients must send a message with their ETA when on their way to confirm the appointment and gain gate access. This ensures no one waits unnecessarily or arrives too early.

Please plan accordingly if you are on a time limit or being dropped off, as appointments can take 1–3 hours depending on the service.

Warrantea & Maintenance

All products are high-quality to ensure long-lasting results, which is why I offer a 5 day warranty from the original appointment to report lifting, polish chipping, or missing charms/diamonds to receive compensation.

However, broken nails caused by the client, such as nails breaking in half, will require a repair fee. Clients must select the correct repair based on nail style and length.

Please be sure you are NOT using your nails as tools, following the aftercare instructions as well as selecting the appropriate length for your lifestyle.

Refills are required every 3–4 weeks and soak offs are required after the 3rd refill.

Appointments past 4 weeks will be considered a full set price. Please schedule your fills in advance to avoid nail damage, retention issues, or reconstruction.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time require a new deposit to rebook. However, more than two cancellations will require a full payment or refused services.
