SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
All orders placed after 5PM pst, will be processed next business day.
(Business days are M-F, This does not include weekends)
Pick up orders are ready every M-F
Once confirmation email is sent, order will be ready next day after 2PM
Please send a message @beautyandthetea.co next day for pick up location in the Central Orlando Area.
IMPORTANT: If order is not picked up within a week of due date, your order will be back ordered 2 weeks and new pickup date will be scheduled then.
Return & Exchange Policy

Sale items (if applicable)
All sales are final and orders may not be cancelled after 48 hours.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or stolen/missing packages. Please be sure order address is correct and order is being tracked when expected.
Boujee Kit orders will require a signature for shipping.
Please inspect your order once received, any damage/defect must be reported SAME DAY of delivery, anything after may not be compensated.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will require a 20% restocking fee if order was cancelled after 48 hours of purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing but If you haven’t received a refund after that time frame, you may contact your credit card company for further assistance.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a time stamped photo of the defect at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
