Booking Policy
Beauty And The Tea – Training Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to adjust your training schedule. Please review our policies carefully to avoid any confusion or lost benefits. Cancellation & Rescheduling Guidelines Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior to your scheduled training date. Requests made less than 5 days before your training will be considered late and may result in: Loss of deposit, or forfeiture of your reserved spot. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require an additional fee if less than 5 days notice is given. No-shows will result in full forfeiture of the training deposit or payment. Refund Policy Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled training if proper notice is given. Full refunds are only issued for cancellations made more than 5 days prior to the scheduled training. Special Circumstances Emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required for consideration. Rescheduled trainings must be completed within 90 days of the original date to retain all benefits.
