Deposit & Cancellation: A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will forfeit their deposit and incur a $15 cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled more than twice may require full payment in advance or may be refused. Private Studio Access: Our studio is private. You will receive an email the day before your appointment with location details and instructions. This information is strictly confidential and may not be shared. Clients must send a message with their ETA when en route to confirm access and avoid wait times for either party. After-Hour & Weekend Appointments: Services scheduled after 6 PM or on weekends require an additional fee. This applies to soak-offs, nail repairs, or any service requiring after-hours availability. No exceptions. Timing & Scheduling: Please plan your visit carefully. Appointments can take 1–3 hours depending on the type of service(s). If you are on a time limit or bringing a guest, please notify us in advance. Service Issues & Maintenance: Clients have 5 days from the original appointment to report issues such as lifting, polish chipping, or missing diamonds to receive compensation. Nail breakage caused by the client, such as broken or split nails, will require a repair fee based on the nail style and length. All products are high-quality to ensure long-lasting, beautiful results. Respecting Policies: Refusal to follow these policies may result in denial of services.
